Shipping Policy

How do you ship?

SHIPPING POLICY: We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail. We will use a flat rate box - the maximum you will pay for shipping within the US is $9.30. If the shipping is less, we will refund you the difference via a Paypal refund.

If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us at orders@pampertini.com and we will do our best to accomodate your shipping preference.

Canada - there is a new Priority flat rate option for orders less than 20 lbs that fit into a USPS flat rate box will ship for $23.95. Actual cost will be charged for orders over 20 pounds or orders to bulky to fit in the flat rate box.

International Orders - $38.95

Orders 1lb - 6lbs can be sent Priority ranging from: $16.00-23.00. Orders under 4lbs can be sent First Class Mail International

When will my order be shipped?

Orders usually ship within 48 business hours, however, some products are hand made in small batches, which could cause a delay in shipping.  If this was to occur you would be notified and the unavailable item may be shipped separately at no extra cost when available. During the Holiday Season shipping will occur within 3-5 business days.

 Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the world. For orders outside of US, we will determine your shipping costs and finalize your order via E-Mail. Unfortunately we can not offer free shipping on international orders. We do however give a discount worth the free shipping value for North American orders -a value of 20% discount.

RETURN POLICY:

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We believe in customer satisfaction above all else! If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact Pampertini in order to find a solution together.

Customer Service is our first priority! If a product has been damaged during delivery a claim must be made within 5 business days of receipt of your order.

Please e-mail to make a damage claim. Products High in butter are not guaranteed in hot climates.

 Order cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, do so immediately. If you wait your order might already be shipped. Please e-mail us to make a cancellation.
